The menus at Cleaver East feature the very best in Irish and European cuisine with an emphasis on high quality, locally sourced ingredients. Diners can savour the likes of our delicious ‘Dublin Bay Prawn Dumplings, Oriental Mushrooms and Lemongrass Broth’ to start, followed by our delicious ‘Cutlet of Wicklow Lamb with Crispy Lamb Breast, Garlic Puree, Crushed Swede and Rosemary Aioli’, with ‘Passion Fruit Panna Cotta, Honeycomb, Pineapple and Mint Salad’ to finish.
